Getting Help
1. Help Desk
Your first step should be to submit your issue to the
Help Desk, which is a tool for logging, assigning and tracking IT issues. IT staff will be notified by email of your problem, and it will be reviewed and assigned to someone to fix. Please describe your problem in as much detail as you can.
