Door is Open

Every first Sunday of the month S.T.A. students make and serve meals to the poor at the Door is Open on 373 East Cordova. Students and parents volunteer to serve Christmas and Easter meals.

We are a group of compassionate young people, seeking to bring light to social issues that relate to the dignity of the human person.  We are striving to do this by becoming better educated about present life issues and engaging in conversation; by being open to others and respectful of all, especially the vulnerable; by lifting up the suffering in prayer; and by challenging and inspiring those around us to live life with their whole hearts.
