The Duke of Edinburgh Award is a prestigious international award offered to young people between the ages 14-25. The award seeks to challenge students to participate in a well rounded program in four strands:
              Personal Skills        Service to Others           Physical Activities          Wilderness Expedition 

Students complete their Wilderness Expedition part of their award through the STA outdoor club. The remaining portions of the award can be completed either through other STA extra-curricular clubs or through out of school activities.
